I've build a central sales structure to connect different revenue streams, diversified the business with new products and a new business unit (Vice Studios), integrated shared services to optimise the operation and built a more people centered and professional organisation to secure continuity.

My task was to built a streamlined EMEA operation for the digital business. Central to my approach was a positive and transparant working culture based on a set of shared communications-, brand- and operational principles.
COO Benelux - Vice Media Group
I've lead the Benelux operation in a time of exponential growth in turnover, overhead and COGS. To streamline the operation I've integrated teams and practices, built a central production HUB to service all business units and implemented several systems and practises to better control various processes to secure margins.
